Housekeeper - unique combination of assignments really keeps this job interesting! You'll work as part of a team to clean halls, foyers, business office, model and vacant suites. Work closely with managers and maintenance technicians, and inform management of any safety concerns. Our housekeepers have a vital role in the apartment community as they maintain a clean and tidy environment for our residents, employees, and visitors. 

Leasing Consultant - These are exciting opportunities for career-minded individuals to work in the Leasing Office. Leasing Consultants need to be detailed oriented with a positive attitude and professional presentation skills who can juggle multiple projects, present suites, and market apartment amenities. You will meet with prospective residents to determine their needs, assist in preparing lease agreements, process rent payments, as well as facilitate service requests from residents. Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to perform these functions effectively.

Maintenance Technicians - As an apartment community's professional Maintenance Technician, this highly desired position requires knowledge in all aspects of residential facility maintenance. Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical experience is required. You will receive written work orders and verbal directions to perform a wide variety of apartment facility troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs. This position requires on-call rotations to answer emergency service requests. Our Techs work independently and as part of a team to maintain a safe, clean, and appealing community.

Construction - Due to the company's continuous growth, the construction side of the business frequently looks for qualified individuals to add to their team. These positions include Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents who have a thorough understanding of construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, OSHA requirements, and the ability to maintain professional working relationships with vendors and contractors is necessary to be successful in these positions.
